Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech & Medina Exploration
Arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) and transfer to a traditional riad in the heart of the Medina (the old city).
Settle in, then head to the vibrant Djemaa el-Fna square as the sun sets. The square transforms into a lively open-air circus with food stalls, snake charmers, and street performers.
Enjoy dinner at one of the food stalls for an authentic taste of Moroccan street food.

Day 2: Marrakech's Historic and Modern Charm
Morning: Explore historic landmarks like the ornate Bahia Palace and the tranquil Saadian Tombs.
Afternoon: Wander through the colourful and chaotic souks (markets) of the Medina, where you can shop for spices, leather, lanterns, and textiles.

Days 3-4: The Road to the Sahara Desert
Embark on a guided 2-day, 1-night tour from Marrakech towards the Sahara. This is an epic journey through the stunning Atlas Mountains.

Day 5: Desert Sunrise & Return Journey
Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes.
After a traditional Berber breakfast, begin your journey back towards Marrakech, enjoying the final leg of the scenic drive.
Arrive back in Marrakech in the evening, with time to relax and reflect on your desert adventure.

Day 6: Moroccan Cooking & Hammam Experience
Morning: Take a traditional Moroccan cooking class to learn how to prepare dishes like tagine and couscous.
Afternoon: Indulge in a relaxing hammam (traditional steam bath) experience, followed by a massage. This is a perfect way to unwind.

Day 7: Departure
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for some last-minute souvenir shopping or a final walk through the Medina before heading to the airport.

Visa and Passport Requirements: Clear instructions on any necessary visas, with a reminder to check passport validity (e.g., often required to be valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates).
Health and Safety: A list of recommended vaccinations or health precautions, along with contact information for local medical facilities.
Local Customs and Etiquette: Tips on cultural norms, dress codes (especially for visiting religious sites), and common greetings to help travelers show respect.
Money and Currency: Information on the local currency, exchange rates, and advice on using credit cards or ATMs.

1. Cancellation by the Client

Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable. This deposit is used to secure your bookings and cover administrative costs.

Cancellation Charges: The amount of the refund will be based on the timing of your cancellation relative to your departure date.

90 days or more prior to departure: Full refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

60-89 days prior to departure: 75% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

30-59 days prior to departure: 90% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [Your Email Address]. The date of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.
