Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Just log into your account or click the link in your confirmation email to make changes. For last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment), please contact us directly.
For the best results, we recommend coming to your lash appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes. Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes for at least 24 hours prior, as this can affect lash adhesive. If you wear contact lenses, it’s a good idea to bring a case with you, as you may need to remove them during the application process.
Typically, waxing results last between 3–6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. Over time, regular waxing can result in thinner, softer hair and longer-lasting results. We recommend booking your next waxing session every 4–6 weeks to maintain smooth skin.
To keep your lashes looking fresh and long-lasting, avoid getting them wet for the first 24–48 hours. Avoid oil-based cleansers, mascara, or makeup removers around your eyes, as they can weaken the bond of the lash adhesive. Use a lash brush to gently comb through your extensions each day, and schedule regular fill-ins every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
